Hi, I’m Brea Duffy, the founder of Your Admin Ally. Based in Brisbane, I provide virtual administrative support to business owners and tradies right across Australia. The beauty of working remotely means location is never a barrier — I can be your behind-the-scenes ally wherever you are.
I created Your Admin Ally with one clear goal in mind: to help small business owners and tradespeople run their businesses without the stress of juggling endless admin tasks after hours. I know how valuable your time is, and my mission is to give you that time back so you can focus on what you do best.
One of the greatest benefits of running my own business and working remotely is the freedom it gives me to be present in my family life. I understand how important that balance is, and it inspires me to help others reclaim their time too — so they can focus on both their business and the moments that matter most.
With a strong background in administration across the Mining, Construction, and Government sectors, stepping into this space felt like a natural next step. I’m both creative and highly organised, and I’ve found real fulfilment in using those skills to make a difference for others.
While I’m open to working with clients from all industries, my passion lies in supporting those who’ve taken the leap to build their own small business — especially in the trades.
